At Actious, each item is custom-made specifically for you as soon as you place an order. Because our products are made-to-order, we do not support returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind.
To ensure you receive a product you love, we strongly recommend reviewing our Size Guide present in the product page before finalizing your purchase.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will provide a 100% free replacement or a full refund.
2. Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of order placement. After this window, the item has entered the production phase and cannot be cancelled.
3. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the item, please check with your local carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we will open an investigation with the courier on your behalf.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
